2010年9月3日，我所雷晓光博士实验室在 Organic Letters 杂志上在线发表了题为“A Biomimetic Total Synthesis of (+)-Ainsliadimer A”的文章。(http://pubs.acs.org/doi/pdf/10.1021/ol101705j) 该文章报道了在国际上首次完成的对于复杂天然产物(+)-Ainsliadimer A的仿生全合成工作。
2010年8月5日，我所邵峰博士实验室在Science 杂志(Science Express)发表题为“Glutamine deamidation and dysfunction of ubiquitin/NEDD8 induced by a bacterial effector family”的文章。该文章报道了病原细菌效应蛋白通过直接共价修饰并失活宿主细胞中的泛素和泛素类蛋白从而导致宿主泛素信号通路发生功能紊乱的新的致病机制。
2010年8月1日，我所张跃林实验室在Plant Physiology杂志上发表题为“Activation of Plant Immune Responses by a Gain-of-Function Mutation in an Atypical Receptor-Like Kinase”的文章。
2010年7月, 我所周俭民实验室在《Molecular Plant-Microbe Interactions》杂志发表题为“Effector-Triggered and Pathogen-Associated Molecular Pattern–Triggered Immunity Differentially Contribute to Basal Resistance to Pseudomonas syringae”的文章。
2010年7月21日，我所张跃林实验室在Proc Natl Acad Sci USA杂志上发表题为“Arabidopsis resistance protein SNC1 activates immune responses through association with a transcriptional corepressor”的文章。
2010年7月16日，我所张宏实验室在《Developmental Biology》上在线发表题为“Wnt signaling controls temporal identities of seam cells in Caenorhabditis elegans”的文章，该文章报道了线虫的lit-1基因和Wnt/MAPK信号通路在控制秀丽线虫侧线细胞时序发育方面的新功能。
2010年7月9日，我所郭岩实验室在《The Plant Cell》杂志在线发表题为“Arabidopsis Cockayne Syndrome A-Like Proteins 1A and 1B Form a Complex with CULLIN4 and Damage DNA Binding Protein 1A and Regulate the Response to UV Irradiation”的文章。
2010年7月1日, 我所张跃林实验室在《Plant Physiology》发表题为“Regulation of the Expression of Plant Resistance Gene SNC1 by a Protein with a Conserved BAT2 Domain”的文章。
2010年6月23日，我所袭荣文实验室在《Development》杂志上在线发表题为“TSC1/2 tumour suppressor complex maintains Drosophila germline stem cells by preventing differentiation”的文章。该文章揭示了结节性硬化症致病基因对维系果蝇生殖干细胞的重要作用。
2010年6月23日, 我所周俭民实验室在《Plant Cell》杂志上在线发表题为“A Pseudomonas syringae ADP-ribosyltransferase inhibits Arabidopsis MAP kinase kinases”的文章。该文报道了细菌毒性蛋白HopF2帮助病原细菌侵染植物宿主的机理。
2010年6月11日，我所张宏实验室在《Cell》杂志上以Featured Article形式发表题为“C. elegans screen identifies autophagy genes specific to multicellular organisms.”的文章。
2010年6月10日，我所杜立林实验室在《Genome Biology》杂志上在线发表题为“Global fitness profiling of fission yeast deletion strains by barcode sequencing”的文章。本文首次报道了用高通量测序技术对裂殖酵母基因缺失突变体文库进行表型分析，并运用此方法成功地筛选出了对DNA损伤处理和微管解聚药物敏感的突变体。
2010年6月8日，我所王晓晨实验室在《Nature Cell Biology》杂志在线发表题为“Caenorhabditis elegans transthyretin-like protein TTR-52 mediates recognition of apoptotic cells by the CED-1 phagocyte receptor”的研究论文，首次报道了在秀丽线虫凋亡细胞的清除过程中，桥联分子（bridging molecule）的存在及其介导吞噬细胞识别凋亡细胞的作用机制。
2010年5月14日，我所戚益军实验室在《Molecular Cell》杂志发表封面论文“DNA Methylation Mediated by a MicroRNA Pathway”(http://www.cell.com/molecular-cell)。该论文报道了一类新的microRNAs（miRNAs），这类miRNAs能特异性地介导靶标基因的甲基化并抑制其表达。同期杂志封面以中国神话人物哪吒为形象，生动地表达了miRNAs调控靶标基因的多才多艺。
2010年5月1日，我所袭荣文实验室在《Genes & Development》杂志上发表题为“Polycomb group genes Psc and Su(z)2 restrict follicle stem cell self-renewal and extrusion by controlling canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling”的文章。该文章揭示了多梳基因调控干细胞的一个新的模式和机制。
2010年4月28日，我所高绍荣实验室在《Biology of Reproduction》杂志在线发表题为“Mice cloned from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC)”的研究论文。首次报道了利用核移植的方法从iPS 细胞获得克隆小鼠。
2010年4月23日，我所郭岩实验室在《The Plant Cell》杂志上在线发表题为“The Arabidopsis Chaperone J3 Regulates the Plasma Membrane H+-ATPase through Interaction with the PKS5 Kinase”的文章。该文章揭示了拟南芥中一个分子伴侣蛋白J3通过抑制蛋白激酶PKS5活性参与调节质膜H+-ATPase的活性及植物盐碱胁迫反应机理。
2010年4月22日，我所周俭民实验室在《Cell Host & Microbe》杂志发表题为“Receptor-like cytoplasmic kinases integrate signaling from multiple plant immune receptors and are targeted by a Pseudomonas syringae effector”的论文。
2010年4月21日，我所邵峰博士实验室在The EMBO journal上发表题为“A bacterial effector targets host DH-PH domain RhoGEFs and antagonizes macrophage phagocytosis”的文章。该文章报道了肠致病性大肠杆菌的三型分泌系统效应蛋白分子EspH能够特异性地作用于宿主中一类具有DH-PH结构域的RhoGEF蛋白信号分子，从而抑制宿主细胞中受小Ｇ蛋白调控的肌动蛋白细胞骨架信号通路，并拮抗感染过程中巨噬细胞对病原细菌的吞噬防御功能。
2010年4月7日，我所柴继杰实验室在《nature》杂志发表文章，题为“Crystal structure of the FTO protein reveals basis for its substrate specificity”，文章报导了肥胖相关基因FTO的晶体结构以及其对底物选择性的分子基础。
