核酸测序中心

测序技术在近些年有着飞速的发展,新测序技术可以提供海量信息,在基因组学,转录组学以及表观遗传学中被广泛使用,新测序技术为模式生物以及肿瘤的研究提供便利。测序中心拥有AB 3730xl DNA analyzer Illumina Genome Analyzer IIx,提供的服务包括传统Sanger法测序,高通量测序以及高通量测序数据的后续分析。测序中心将与各个实验室合作使用测序技术来解决具体的生物学问题,并拓展测序技术的应用领域。
