The Board of Trustees (BOT)

BOT is the policy-making organ of NIBS. Its members should be approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). BOT members are representatives from MOST, the National Commission on Development and Reform, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Beijing Municipal Government, and the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. The Vice Mayor from Beijing Municipal Government shall serve as the Chair and the two Vice Chairs shall be selected among the BOT.
