2012年5月3日，我所何新建实验室在《PLoS Genetics》杂志在线发表题为“IDN2 and Its Paralogs Form a Complex Required for RNA-Directed DNA Methylation”的论文。
2012年4月17日，我所邵峰博士实验室在《Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA》杂志发表题为“Preventing bacterial DNA release and absent in melanoma 2 inflammasome activation by a Legionella effector functioning in membrane trafficking”的研究文章。
2012年4月17日，中共中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中央组织部部长、中央人才协调小组组长李源潮到北京生命科学研究所调研。
2012年4月15日，我所周俭民实验室在Nature杂志在线发表题为“A Xanthomonas uridine 5’-monophosphate transferase inhibits plant immune kinases”的文章。
我所朱冰实验室去年发表于The Journal of Biological chemistry上的文章“H3K36 methylation antagonizes PRC2 mediated H3K27 methylation”近日被评为The Journal of Biological chemistry 2011年度最佳论文。
2012年4月2日，我所王晓晨实验室和中科院生物物理所欧光朔实验室合作在《The Journal of Cell Biology》杂志发表题为“Autophagy genes function sequentially to promote apoptotic cell corpse degradation in the engulfing cell”的文章。
